Cancellations or Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Changes made within this timeframe will incur a 50% charge of booked service. We appreciate your cooperation.
No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice (no show) will be charged 100% of the service booked.
Late Arrivals
While we understand that delays can happen, arriving more than 10 minutes late may require us to reschedule your appointment. This policy ensures we stay on track and provide exceptional service to all clients. We value your time and appreciate the same in return.
Deposit for Major Services
For larger services, such as colour corrections or extensions a 50% deposit is required before scheduling. This deposit will be applied to the service on the day.
