Appointments & Consideration
At Platinum Hair Studio, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved to give you a personalised, one-on-one experience.
While we don’t require deposits or enforce cancellation fees, we kindly ask that if you need to reschedule or make any changes, you provide at least 48 hours’ notice where possible. This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client.
We completely understand that life happens, and if something unexpected comes up, please just reach out, we’re always here to help.
Late Arrivals
We understand that delays can happen. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean we need to adjust or reschedule your appointment to ensure we can continue to provide the highest level of service to all of our clients.
